Agile Coach

We are seeking an Agile Coach for a 3 month hybrid W2 assignment (must on-site as required on our W2) with our Austin, Texas client working to Improve software development delivery speed and quality; Increase team collaboration and efficiency; Reduce project risks and improve predictability.

Requirements

•             Minimum 10 years' experience in data engineering, data architecture or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity.
•             8 years of experience with - Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Agile coaching, Team facilitation, Requirements gathering, Process Improvement, Risk management, Communication, Training, and Conflict resolutio

*              Assess current agile practices,

*              Identify areas for improvement,

*              Develop and implement a tailored agile framework,

*              Coach and mentor development teams,

*              Conduct training sessions,

*              Facilitate workshops,

*              Track progress and report findings,

*              Collaborate with stakeholders,

*              Drive adoption of agile principles.

Preferred

Experience with SAFe, Public sector experience, Familiarity with [Specific Agency Technology - e.g., .NET, Java], Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SPC)
