Senior Business Systems Analyst - RFP Process

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst  or Senior Project Manager for a Hybrid role (must attend on-site meetings)  supporting our Austin, Texas client  in a critical phase of their project—crafting and executing a formal RFP that will help them select an Asset Management/CMMS application suited to their complex needs. This opportunity is expected to span 10–12 months, with the possibility for extension.

Key Project Objectives:

•             Leverage data from a recently concluded Request for Information (RFI) to identify and document business needs

•             Conduct small group stakeholder meetings for requirements gathering

•             Draft, publish, and manage the RFP process, including the evaluation and proposal presentation phases

Qualifications:

•             Experience as a Business Systems Analyst  or Agile Project Manager on large-scale enterprise asset management implementation or migration projects

•             Proven history working with leadership and procurement to develop formal RFPs and evaluation criteria

•             Skilled in organizing, facilitating, and leading meetings with diverse stakeholders

•             Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and scope development skills, including diagrams and process maps

•             Experienced in serving as a liaison between business and technical teams

•             Confident in creating technical diagrams and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

•             Experience with Enterprise Asset Management/CMMS Applications is a plus
