We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager for a hybrid role with our Sacramento, California based   client. This position requires 2 days/week on-site as directed by the client.

 

Responsibilities include:

*              Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within budget and on schedule

*              Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and client stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines

*              Develop and maintain project plans, resource scheduling, budget tracking, and risk management strategies

*              Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, and provide timely updates on project progress

*              Ensure project quality and compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards

*              Identify and resolve project issues and risks, and escalate as needed to ensure project success

*              Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement for future projects

Requirements:

*              Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

*              Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management, specifically with ServiceNow projects

*              ServiceNow certification(s) preferred

*              Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

*              Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

*              Experience in Agile project management methodologies

*              Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
